About Me
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2014. I have over 20 years of experience as a mental health therapist. I have worked extensively with trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, stress-management, depression, domestic violence, family dynamics, and other areas of impacting day to day functioning. In my practice, I feel the most important part of therapy is trusting your therapist. This will allow you to have full transparency and feel comfortable with the process. As your therapist this is my initial goal and together, we will work on developing the most appropriate treatment plan.
I speak fluent Spanish and provide a culturally sensitive environment.
